I have used Jerry's in the past. I was added to their schedule after hours on June 9th. The gentleman who answered the phone was polite and professional. Cory Ford called me the next day to let me know what time he would be at our house. He arrived on time, installed the hardware that I bought and re-keyed all the locks. Cory was very professional and courteous. With his knowledge and experience, I'm sure he's a great asset to the company. Will use them again. Highly recommend.

WILL NOT USE AGAIN! Called this company because my key wouldn’t go into the ignition. They take it apart and take it to their shop and guy said he would give me a call. I call and someone says every has went home. I call the next day and guy seems irritated. I told him well since you guys can’t call and update what’s going on I have to call you! Horrible service, unprofessional, bad customer service. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I called Jerry Lock and key when my car was locked with the keys inside. I called at 855am and they arrived a couple hours later for the unlock. (Mind you my car was safe in my driveway, this was not an "emergency" so the wait was expected and not too long at all) Everything went smoothly, and they unlocked my door in about 5 minutes, and programmed me a spare key in a few more minutes. These jobs are always a bit expensive for the length of time they take but Jerry's didn't cost any more than anyone else would have. While I surely hope I have no more need of their lockout services, if I do I will know who to call. I did however just move into a home that needs all the locks replaced and rekeyed, and Jerry's will get my business!
