I have called 3 times to get prices on copying a key and programming 2 key fobs. Every time I called the lady that answered the phone said that Jim was out in the field and to call back the next day. After 3 times of this I'm giving up! The only reason I gave him 2 stars instead of 1 is because of the time I was able to catch him in the shop he made my spare key and did a good job. His customer service skills really did suck at the time. I'm so sorry for interrupting your lunch.....

Jim took care of my problem immediately * - so I recommend them highly. *my daughter had broken her car key and lost her other key, so it was a big relief when he was able to get a new key housing and get us back on the road in about 10 minutes.

This gentleman know his stuff front and back. I had done a little apprenticing when I was younger, and the knowledge base the gentleman exudes is breathtaking. He also has wonderfully fair prices. He is my new goto guy
