This place is not like the rest of the “we see you coming” locksmiths. The rates and fees have been really fair, if not the best, so far as I know. I told my job about this place and they’ve been coming since for our vehicle fleet. Just remember, the storefront is not ON Goodrich - you have to drive into the shopping strip and head to the end of the flat. Call them up, they have great customer service.

Just got off the phone with the air head that answers the phone for this company and denied me service because I laughed after she gave me an answer to a question I didn’t ask ,They need to get someone sharper to answer the phone . I don’t recomend this place .

My driver door handle lock needed repair and they were there to answer.my call during this pandemic. Awesome job by these very helpful people. Tried other locksmith around town (montebello, pico area) but they all quoted me way higher prices and without same day service. Would recommend this place. 👍👍

Great service, the dispatcher Judith was quick to schedule me a tech even though I was asking for someone immediately outside of regular work hours. The tech who came (Saul) was exceedingly professional and installed my new smart lock perfectly and left the area clean. Will be coming back for another install at my other location.

I went there about a week ago to get my vehicle fob key to be copied only. I went to 2 other places asking for my key to be cut only but they said no because they would need to program it as well. Keep in mind that programming is pretty easy for a 2014 Chevy Cruze. They were charging me $65. I came to roca and all they charged me was $24 to cut. It was reasonable and I am satisfied with the service. They weren’t pushy to sell anything else. They offer their services but not with the intention to pressure you to buy.
