I greatly appreciated the customer service I received. When I called it took them no more than 20 minutes to get to my house. My key broke off in my door and not only did they remove the broken key but they made me a new one all in less than 30 minutes.

Awesome place to get key duplicates. Any other place I went didn't have the key or made the wrong copy. At cousins kiosk, not only they had the appropriate key, but they made 3 copies in less than 3 minutes (all of them working perfectly). Very professional. From now on, this is the place for any key duplicates. Very pleased.

I had three vehicle keys to be duplicated and all three were done in less than 5 minutes for $30. I highly recommend to come here instead of a dealer or a kiosk machine. I tried a kiosk machine once and the key was off.

I needed a copy of a car key made...if anyone has experienced getting a car key made, it is a major hassle. I felt like every company I talked to was licking their chops to charge me as much as possible for a simple job. I almost didn't even call county lock and key, it was a little bit of a drive for me and the last business on my list. I'm SO GLAD I did. The person I worked with was straightforward and honest. JM is a very kind, nice and professional man. Our door lock was broken, he came to our house, measured the lock and recommended which one to order. He temporary fixed the old lock so our door would lock. He took his time and provided several options for the new lock including the good and the bad. He is honest, very reasonable and his price is great. I highly recommend him to everyone. Thank you JM
