Edit: After contacting customer support they said they will refund me the hundred dollars charged for the first trip. I'm writing this review to hopefully prevent others from being scammed like I was with this company. Despite the fact that the website says there's only a $29 trip charge I was charged over a hundred dollars for the first trip to inspect a lock. I was told it would be incorporated into my next bill if I used them to install the lock the next day, however, after the lock was installed the technician said their prices actually increased and he said he accidentally misquoted me with an old price the previous day. That initial hundred dollars that was going to be incorporated was conveniently the difference between the "old" price and the "new" price so he charged me the full amount (all the while saying I was still getting a good deal) to install the lock and then charged me an additional fee because he installed the lock straight, which he did not tell me until AFTER the work was done. So if you need your lock changed/installed, want it installed straight, and don't want to be charged an outrageous fee, don't use this company.
