Called and said he would be there in 15 or 20 minutes and didn't show-up for an hour. The man is 55 or 60 was nasty, rude, He didn't offer a selection of the locks, the color of the locks do not match the color of the doors. I will NEVER use this Company again! And he charged me over $200.

This was a waste of my time. I needed a second set of keys for a vehicle, but when I went through the on the KeyMe terminal, it said I needed an attendant to help me complete the process. No explanation was given why. It was 1am at a Walmart, and I did not want to try and find someone to help for a self-service machine. I'm now going to find a brick and mortar key duplication facility to take the guesswork out of the process.

The guy was really grumpy and angry that I was quoted a key price of $175. He said he was loosing money. The key blank is under $50 retail on line so Mr Angry still made $125 for 25 minutes.

Amazing response time. It's been a really long time since I've found a company so put together as this. I went to ace hardware in need of a key in which they did not have. I went to a few places in search of one until I came across this locksmith company and decided to give them a quick call and they called me back and asked exactly what key I needed made. I told them the make and model of my car and key type within the hour they were here at my house ready with my key in hand. I will continue to call this one and only company. Thank you!

High quality work ethic. Having a child is tough work especially in the morning when you've been up all night taking care of her when she was crying. Apparently I was not paying attention to what was going on when I dropped her off at the baby sitters before I had to go to work. When I came back out to the car I had locked my keys in there I was crying so upset and found this place online. One phone call to the guy and he was there in 15 minutes maybe it was god or maybe it was just pure luck. But he was so quick to get me help and I just really appreciate the efficiency on y'alls part. Must call!

Great response time. I'm happy to have called and in the nick of time they were at my door with the new key fob I needed for my car. I went to multiple places with no avail so when I called this company I couldn't imagine it even coming the same day but I got it and they were very humbled and kind. I thank you from the bottom of my heart. Highly recommend!
