This morning, I scheduled a front door lock replacement. They said they could make it by 2:00. When they didn’t arrive, I inquired status. They took an “emergency “ call from an auto parts store. I explained that my situation was an emergency because I can’t lock my front door. Her reply, “sorry, we have to take care of corporate accounts.” No offer to come after hours. Extremely unprofessional and unreliable.

Lost the only key fob we had for one of our vehicle... go figure. Dan came to our house in under the quoted time frame “which was only 10 minutes” definitely met my expectations and exceeded. Preparing the key fob, programming the key and full of good information... it was quick and painless! Price was spot on... When we loose our keys it’s frustrating and a cost we didn’t plan on but at the end of the day “we lost them” and Lockout express came to our aid and saved us money, time and made a stressful situation more bearable.
