Mr. Wright opened up the store in order to help me; I was lucky enough that he arrived just as I was pulling away. He immediately began to examine the old lockset I had brought in. After pronouncing it to be in good shape for its age, he looked for key blanks to fit the oddball cylinder. He'll have to order the blanks. I can settle up with him when he's done with the job. Called to get a quote and was given an email address to send information to. Never got a return email. I followed up a couple weeks later, still didn't hear back. I then called to confirm I had the right email address. Months later I called to ask if this is something they did, the boy who answered the phone was very unprofessional. He said "not right now, I'm the only one here" - I had been hoping to have someone stop out that weekend, not on a Thursday afternoon. So I asked if I could get a call back to set something up and he almost hung up without getting my name or number and without making sure they even served my area. Some standard questions. Never heard back from them.
