Uncle Marty's is simply the best period. In all these years in Ithaca I had never been to Marty's until recently, when I needed to store some boxes for the summer. As a first time customer, I wasn't sure what to expect but when I called and visited the store for their storage service, they went above and beyond to help me out. They not only offer competitive prices, but are also very responsive and professional and their willingness to help the community during these tough times is inspiring. I have already recommended them to my friends and will continue to do so even after I graduate. I am really grateful to Uncle Marty's and I truly wish them the best.

First thing wrong is that it smells funky and seems very congested, also a little sketchy when entering. Employees were ok, but the shipping rates are much higher than that of ups down the street. Also they didn't seem as knowledgeable about shipping compared to the UPS lady in the other store (and knowing that they're in shipping, that's not a good thing) There are better and more affordable places aroun, with better quality employees

The team at Uncle Marty’s is so unbelievably helpful and professional. Any problem I’ve ever had related to packing or shipping, they were able to solve. I even go out of my way to send mail because of how great the experience is going into their store! Marty and his team are so welcoming and kind, and I can not recommend this business enough!
