This place offers what is now missing with the Giant chain stores, and idea what that is? You guessed it good customer service which is so rare these days and it is clearly missing and big businesses don't even worry about it because to them it is all about the $$$. Apon entering the employee spoke and asked if there was anything that they can do for you! I got what was needed and they practice all the rules when it comes to the pandemic! Local they are and a little bit more expensive but they acknowledge you when you come into the store! They may not have it all but customer service is PARAMOUNT to me! Good shopping experience!

Excellent customer service. I needed to get locks changed, so I called Yel-help and even though they werent able to help me out because I was in a timeframe. The gentlemen on the phone was kind to refer me to another Locksmith in town. Will definitely use them in the future! Highly recommended. Update: ended up using Yel-Help anyway. K lan was very professional, polite and did a excellent job changing locks. He was friendly and gave great advice and suggestions. Highly recommended for life!!!!

Quick, knowledgeable, and fairly priced services. Stopped by today for some storm door key cutting and was pleased with the overall experience. Location is easily noticeable from the road, and parking was not a problem.
