This place offers what is now missing with the Giant chain stores, and idea what that is? You guessed it good customer service which is so rare these days and it is clearly missing and big businesses don't even worry about it because to them it is all about the $$$. Apon entering the employee spoke and asked if there was anything that they can do for you! I got what was needed and they practice all the rules when it comes to the pandemic! Local they are and a little bit more expensive but they acknowledge you when you come into the store! They may not have it all but customer service is PARAMOUNT to me! Good shopping experience!

On my way home from work, I stopped in looking fir a sprayer for a garden hose and a few other small outdoor items. Tylor and another associate were friendly and able to help me promptly. I was able to get what I needed and back on the road after a long day. Place is clean and organized.

A wonderful old school hardware store that has everything. Local and family run. Fixed my lawn tractor, and had the hard to find stuff that the big box stores just fail on. Plenty of knowledgeable help. Check it out. A really cool place.

In Binghamton this is an old fashion hardware store . People know their products, are eager to help and are extremely friendly. It's like shopping from family. I recommend this store for anything hardware. If they don't have it, you don't need it.
