Driver didn’t arrive. Called back several times. Finally they said the driver was stuck in traffic and didn’t have any idea how much longer I would have to wait (already 2 1/2 hours!). I asked, “Should I call someone else?” She replied, “Maybe that would be best.” What’s frustrating was that they didn’t seem to care that I was locked out in freezing temperatures (kind of an emergency, don’t you think?) and didn’t prioritize my situation. Very disappointed in their call center!! I did call someone else!!

My key broke in half at Walmart and Chevy was giving me a hard time and wanted to charge me way too much. Glen Head Locksmith was more reliable and very professional. They came out quickly and even though my car was giving them a hard time, they didn't give up and got the job done. Great tech and great business. We will definitely use them again if ever need be.
