These are the nicest people, from the owners to everyone who works there. They know their stuff, they know their customers...BY NAME....and they always greet you like you're their favorite person to see. And this is more than just a hardware store. They have an AWESOME team to care for your pets, so kind and loving, so generous...always doing the extra. They even have pets you can buy and this owner is no supporter of puppy mills. Plus she's involved with a program called Heart Strings, working with a local vet out of Wayne Heights to care for pets who have special medical needs and who might not otherwise find a home. Just a really great class of people at this place. I hope they're around for as long as I live at least.

The staff is awesome .. kind and courteous.. but when it came time for the payment .. the owner or manager changed the price .. I was quoted one price over the phone .. then when I get there the owner / manger gave me another ..I agree to it .. only because I wanted my key to work .. then I needed it program .. a worker there gave me a price that I agreed too .. only to be changed by the owner / manager.. I told him I wouldn’t agree to the price change .. he told me .. “ how do you think I can be in Business if I charge these prices.. “ I told him that’s not my fault .. why quote someone just to change it later .. he Fought with me until he agreed to the price I was quoted.. be advise make sure you get the tight price .. will NEVER GO BACK !!!

This place is AMAZING!! Highly recommended!! Steven is very professional and very friendly i was having problems with my vw jetta and Steven take care of my problem right away and their prices are excellent i just save 376.00 compared to the vw dealership!! Thanks guys definitely will be back!!

Was quoted a price on phone and when I arrived I was given a higher price. Told them that wasn’t the quote I received on the phone they just repeated the higher price.... this seems to be a common issue here at this business and I want to make others aware. I don’t believe they have set prices here. It seems u get a different price with different employees. I didnt get the key copied after the higher quote and the guy didn’t seem to care... I went elsewhere.
