This is the second time in two years that I've used Gene's Lock Service. Both times they have been on time, treated me with total professionalism and they were respectful of my working while they performed the re-key services. Highly recommend. Easy to book appointment.

Matt saved me today. Lost only set of keys with keyfob to my Nissan. He explained he could get the fob in a few days since it was not currently in stock. Recommended I get the fob from the dealer and he could program it. Came out on really short notice and new fob is working perfectly! Highly highly recommend. Five Stars.

Matt was fantastic. He arrived sooner than the original estimate (within 30 minutes), was able to communicate via text and on the phone as I had bad cell reception, and was extremely kind and professional. Locking yourself out of your home can cause immediate panic. Matt was calm and helped make me feel reassured throughout the process. On his way out, he also gave me advice about my deadbolt and was able to give me a hand prying it loose from dried paint. While these are typically emergency services, I will confidently turn to Gene's and request Matt again for any locksmith needs I may have in the future.

Something was stuck inside of our deadbolt preventing us from getting into our house. I called at 6 PM and within a half an hour Matt was here and was able to get us into our house. He was so friendly and professional. He gave a fast estimate and said he would do whatever he could to keep the price low. As much as I don’t want to get locked out of my house or car I Would absolutely use their service again and recommend them to anyone.

We obtained a 1975 Honda Goldwing with no key. Spoke with the shop a few times. Very knowledgeable and professional but, not cold.Dropped off the ignition switch. They made us 2 keys within a day. Very reasonable price. We would highly recommend this business.
