They USUALLY CLOSE at 5:00 EVERYDAY INCLUDING TODAY..FRIDAY 05/14/2021 BUT when I EXPLAINED to them that;"I'D, TRIED SEVERAL DIFFERENT PLACES TRYING to GET a KEY MADE because my SPARE CAR KEY was BENT and IT broke IN HALF [because it WAS SUPER BENT ALSO....] and needed to get two more car keys made so I don't end up paying an arm and a leg bc my other key breaks too! They STAYED OPEN and WAITED for ME to get from HOME DEPOT on GARLAND GROH BLVD Hagerstown, Md 21740... 15 min away! I give them a TEN ( 10 ) out of 5 in CUSTOMER SERVICE! Only thing that COULD BE better is the prices...

My motorcycle key had snapped due to old key fob sticking. Went to RJ and had my new key made within minutes. He ensured my key was working correctly and came outside to help me lube the key fob. Key turns perfect now, the extra help he gave me definitely will prevent my new key from snapping haha. Thanks for the help and good service! Would recommend
