Krasimir was friendly knowledgeable and was very quick, responsible and reasonable. Saved me a lot of time and dollars by suggesting what to do with my luxury car Range Rover and how to fix it. Turned an unpleasant situation around with his kindness and helpfulness. Better than the other ... best choice ever!! Call them now! Would give 10 star if i could!

This vendor advertises 24/7 and it’s not true. We called, submitted payment info (which I hope they won’t try to use), waited 20+ minutes, called back and the my said the locksmith is not available until morning hours. NOONE was going to reach out to us to let us know. The operator who answered the phone was rude and unprofessional!! DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!

I came here just to get a key copied because I thought it would be the fastest option. I left completely unsatisfied. I was thinking that I would walk in to the store, handle my business, and walk out. It didn't happen like that. They wanted to mail me the copy in 3-5 days. They also wanted $6 for a plain brass key. I don't have time to wait. I need my key. The Minute Key kiosk in Walmart is cheaper and better with more options. I got 3 for $8 including 2 fun keys. They also planted a tree for me. Also in the past I've gone to the hardware store which is also cheaper and better with multiple options. If I had time to go to Lowe's or Home Depot, I would have gone there. I'm really happy with what I got at Walmart and in the future I'll know to go straight there.

Key came in the mail, and unlocked my car. So easy.

Mailbox key was fine though over-priced, just got them in a couple of weeks. But let me say this, “DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE FOR ELECTRONIC CAR KEY FOBS”. The guys who showed up, left me keyless. His BO filled my car, I had to leave windows open overnight to get the smell out. In the end, I had to take me car to dealership to get rid of the “Keyless System Malfunction” error. Luckily for me I was covered by warranty, but you may have to shell out double the cost of getting the key made at dealership.
