Let me start off by saying. Thank you Paul. He was very patient with me and truly helpful. I came in to this location by being referred by Lowes. As soon as I walked in, Paul greeted me with a smile and eagerness to serve. I needed a copy of a motorcycle key with no part number on it, just blank. He worked tirelessly to find a correct key. Customers were coming in and out and others helped them with their needs.. Paul continued to work to find a key and treated me as if I was the only customer in the store. after numerous attempts to find a key that would fit,, it still wouldn't work, but he was not gonna give up. He continued and continued working the problem until he got it to the correct specs. Thank you H&H. Well done!

Staff told me that Google had inaccurate information about business hours so I didn't get a service as I came after it was closed (I came there at 4-40pm and the door was closed in front of my eyes. HH staff told me that before coming anywhere, I should call businesses instead of using Google. I ended up going to nearby Homedepot instead to get stuff done and to my surprise it was all done in 5 minutes.
