Variable pricing and over 40 minutes late. 150 dollars to only unlock a vehicle is way above average prices. Also the technician didn't have equipment to make a new key. I'd recommend anything but this process as it's very expensive and didn't resolve my issue.

My young daughter was stranded alone with her keys locked in her car. As her parents, we are from out of town 3 hours away. She called This company and the expected wait time was 30-40 minutes. They were later than that getting there. They told her it would be $180 and she signed the paperwork. AFTER she signed, they charged the credit card $239. I am appalled at the dishonesty and unprofessionalism from this company in addition to the outrageous price. We called the office immediately afterwards and no one answered the phone.
