We ordered online to pick up the batteries we needed. It was so easy - we paid for them online also. I went to ick them up - great service! When we need more batteries, we will order and pay online again!

I had THE VERY BEST experience at the Huntersville, NC location this morning. I am visiting the area from out of state and brought my elderly grandfather in with his 3D picture viewer that needed fixing. I wish I would have gotten the gentleman’s name who helped us to thank him by name (tattoos, glasses). We were treated with extreme respect and courtesy. My grandpa was thanked for his military service. At one point I asked for a chair for my grandpa and both gentlemen behind the counter were extremely kind and accommodating. The viewer was fixed quickly and at no charge. The level of kindness we were shown was truly impactful; you just don’t find that kind of exceptional customer service much anymore. Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience, and my grandpa is THRILLED to have a working viewer again. :)

I dont know why I have never came here before. I needed both of my car key fobs batteries changed and it was so simple and quick. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. The employees were very nice and were able to tell me if my battery was actually dying, which they were. They were able to change the battery and it was only $8 for each key fob. I luckily looked online at their website and saw they have coupons and there was a coupon for $3 off of key fob batteries. That made my experience that much better! This will be the only place I go when I need batteries replaced.
