They were absolutely terrific. I have an old antique vertical file the locks. Unfortunately the key for the lock disappeared years ago and I finally got around to looking for someone to fix it. When I initially talked to them they said they may have to keep it 2 or 3 days which would have been fine with me. Can't recommend these guys enough. Called in with a new key request for a shed I lost the key on, read of some numbers, we will have the key for you when you come in. I bring the handle with so we can test it. Get there Key doesn't work. No problem. They ask to keep the handle and then the SAME DAY, custom file down a key for the lock, and don't charge me for the previous bad key. All this for just 20 bucks. Worth it. Love these guys.
