From my first phone call to having good quality keys made, the service was courteous, prompt, and professional. I will always go here for keys, as well as anything relating to locks and safety. They have a large selection of safes, door locksets, and other items. They do business the old fashioned way, with courteous customer service and fair prices!

Randy came out right on time. One of our door handles broke and since the outside handle looked so worn I asked him if he could just replace it along with another similar door. I had purchased new ones at Home Depot. He installed them on both doors and re-keyed them too. He was friendly and very helpful. I have used Lock Shop multiple times over the years always have great service.
