They were absolutely terrific. I have an old antique vertical file the locks. Unfortunately the key for the lock disappeared years ago and I finally got around to looking for someone to fix it. When I initially talked to them they said they may have to keep it 2 or 3 days which would have been fine with me. But after I took the file over to them Sean was able to make a key for it while I waited. I wouldn't hesitate using them again. Add Reina post
