The copied key was totally butchered. Good luck getting ahold of customer service for a refund! Just go to homedepot for a better key for much less $. I came here because it was convenient for me. Lesson learned. Update: KeyMe did reach out to me the next day to issue refund.

My wife called because she was locked out of her car, the person never told her how much it costs, and I understand that she should have based herself, but I think it should be a professional courtesy to tell a customer the price of your service BEFORE doing the job. I was in a car wreck so if I had been there I would have asked before hand. Had I been there I would have told the guy to hit the road. $160 to unlock a car?! Are you KIDDING ME?!! This place is a rip off!! PLEASE for the love of GOD do not use this service, and if you are even considering it I will do it for you for just $5!!!! That technician took full advantage of my wife in this situation and that is ethically and morally wrong at every level. When I called to dispute I was hung up on. NEVER use this service please!
