I knew this kiosk was at Loews had used previously. Simple to use easy instructions and keys copied rapidly. Unfortunately one got stuck in my lock at home. Requested refund by E-mail and have not received response. Hence 4 stars.

Copy house key..all three worked perfectly.

Says I have a chip in my car key but there’s not. Plus the key I needed was only to unlock the doors so the chip doesn’t matter if there was a chip. The machine would not allow me to override the chip notification so I can’t make a key. Worthless for car keys until there’s an over ride option in my opinion
