They spent from 3 in the afternoon to after 9 p.m. telling me they were showing up they never showed up they insisted having my Mastercard before someone would show up at 9:30 p.m. then charge $450 to change a lockeven after I told them I don't need their services anymore they tried to charge my MasterCard

Called the number, spoke to someone outside the US who arranged an appointment at 9 am the next day. The number that called me the next morning was from Indiana and had a decidedly NOT local accent. I think the answering service arranged an out of state locksmith (messed up the zip code). No call back.
