Great service! I called ahead of time to ensure they had the right equipment for my classic car. Dave answered all of my questions (plus gave me info I didn’t know to ask) and gave me a very reasonable quote. The driver (Chris) showed up the following day on time and took great care of my car while explaining what he was doing and why.

our truck had been stranded in chili’s parking lot over night. We were promised two company’s would help out and they failed. I called Stellas and Dave listened to my situation, apologized for our troubles and had someone to me within the hour! Chris came and took such great care putting our truck on the tow and bringing it back home. Highly recommend this company! The customer service was amazing!! Thank you guys for helping us out. The key did not work. It turned but did not unlock and was very, very difficult to remove from the door lock.

The Keys that I had made did not work. I am giving three stars though because customer service quickly refunded my purchase with no questions asked after I requested the refund.

Because the keys are 'guaranteed to work' I didn't bother trying them. However when I tried to use one of the keys it turns incredibly hard - to the point that my wife probably won't be able to use it. Unfortunate since I had multiples of 2 different keys made.
