Had an excellent experience with Brian / Rhino. When my bolt-lock busted, he suggested that I could try saving some bucks by swapping it out myself. When the replacement didn't quite work, he came by quickly and helped me install the lock at a very fair price. Very professional operation.

Really bad one. I urgently needed to unlock the truck, because I lost my keys. I applied for this, and then the “specialist” called me. He was really unprofessional, rude and impatient. When I asked him to wait a sec while I was looking for my credit card, he sighed displeased and hung up.

I would love to post a review of this business, however I cannot. I had them out to do an estimate and build a system for me before Christmas and here it is Valentine’s Day and I have yet to hear back from them. I’ve called them twice asking what the hold up is and I just get excuses and no action. Shame.
