I’ve only once had an issue and the manager Mike went out of his way to quickly resolve it. Mike and his team truly care about making the hardware store experience pleasant and ensuring that customers feel valued and cared for. I didn’t know I could like a hardware store so much but here we are! Thank you for such consistently positive experiences. You make renovating a house a million times easier!

Always seem to have what I’m looking for and tons of things I didn’t even realize I needed... like spray paint in pretty much every color imaginable... or drain cleaner on par with napalm (and N-95 respirators to protect you while using it!)

This a really convenient location if you're living or working downtown. They have always been well stocked when I've been there. They're helpful and friendly. If they don't have something in stock they will take your info and call you when it comes in.
