I recently used Star Gate Locksmith for my mother who is elderly and had a broken lock on her front door. I called and spoke to Matt who was kind knowledgeable and able to service my mom the same day to do a repair. His price was very fair and I truly appreciate how quickly he responded to our situation. Driver didn’t arrive. Called back several times. Finally they said the driver was stuck in traffic and didn’t have any idea how much longer I would have to wait (already 2 1/2 hours!). I asked, “Should I call someone else?” She replied, “Maybe that would be best.” What’s frustrating was that they didn’t seem to care that I was locked out in freezing temperatures (kind of an emergency, don’t you think?) and didn’t prioritize my situation. Very disappointed in their call center!! I did call someone else!!
