I was looking for non-standard nails, specifically 4" galvanized nails, and the big box stores didn't have them. Searching for hardware stores in the neighborhood, I came across this little gem of a store with really helpful staff. They had the nails on display and even more odd sizes nicely organized. I'm definitely coming back for all my hardware needs.

Very informative and helped me a great deal with an unfortunate situation related to a paint job. They even took the time months later to help me get receipts and invoices for the painting supplies I needed for the aforementioned situation and accommodated for me to pick them up after work hours. I am sure that most people don't have experiences like this when it comes to going to their local hardware store, but I simply want to emphasize on how this store really went above and beyond to help a local resident in the community. I called at 6:30 AM for a car key reprogramming and the first person I spoke to hung up on me. called again, and set up an appointment for a tech to come out. they called back and said their first appointment was for 8 am. I agreed. 8:30 am, and I got a call saying that my tech was on the way, usually 15-30 minutes. at this point I'm a little annoyed, as we're already approaching an hour past my appointment, but said alright, and waited. 9 o'clock hits, and I get a call saying it's going to take another 40 minutes for a tech to get out to me. I agreed, but told him he had to get here by 9:45, as I had to leave.... 10 oclock I called and he says he's still 15 minutes away. 10:30 I called to just get a voicemail. Unprofessional. 4 hours after my first call, and 2 and a half hours after my appointment was supposed to be. If they had told me 10:30, I would've just declined in the first place.... go somewhere else, save yourself the headache
