Called AAA for a jump this morning they sent out one of your drivers he connected his battery pack to multiple locations an kept telling me to try it, I informed him he was not connected to the right spots. He rudely told me "I know what im doing" an then told me "its not your battery its your starter". Well sure enough i called a friend with jumper cables an after connecting them to the right spot my car started just fine!
