Amazing service!! I called/emailed back and forth with Jay for a while and he always answered right away. Really excellent communication. The day of service the locksmith Dean was done in less than an hour and he was super polite. Best of all, this company donates to a dog shelter! They're wonderful. I'll definitely use them again.

Called them to unlock my car with my cat in it and they said it’s be 20 minutes, an hour and a half later they told me no one was working and when I asked why they gave me an eta if no one was available they hung up on me

They have a price on the phone and once they got here they jack up the price. Quoted for a service fee plus an hourly rate and the bill was almost $80 more than what they quoted on the phone.

I called and an answering service picked up. I gave them all of my info but then the lady called me back to confirm my location which she had wrong. After I told her where I was the woman rudely said there is no technician in your area and just hung up on me. I find this extremely unprofessional and even though it may just be an answering service it reflects poorly on the company.
