Kent did a fabulous job, arriving at the end of his work day, to help us with our door lock dilemma. We live in Venice. The old lock couldn't be removed by us, due to a very stripped screw and the angle it was at. Kent was able to remove it with several tools, including delicate sawing. Finally it was removed and then he installed our new door knob/lock and the dead lock as well. He was pleasant and competent, and the charge was very fair! We'd highly recommend Safe & Lock.
