Mike stopped by on a rainy Saturday evening and was extremely prompt and courteous. He was able to open my house door instantly. The service was great, estimated time of arrival was dead on I didn't have to wait any longer than I was told. He made a stressful situation stress free. If I ever need services like this again (hopefully I don't lock myself out of my house anytime soon) I would use them again.

Aaron was great to work with! First company I called, the technician had some issues making a key for my car. Then I called Premier, Aaron came and was able to make me 2 keys for my Honda cut and programmed within 30 min. Definitely call these guys if you need any help with keys to your car.

We own an old house where the entryway door lock is a Mortise lock probably 100 years old. It started developing some issues and I figured it might be the best to just replace it. I called Premier Locksmith and Security, they sent a technician the same day and he was able to find a decent replacement lock that would fit and operate perfectly instead of the old one.
