Mark's LocksmithBetty B.
Mark runs a wonderful locksmith service. He is prompt and very kind, not to mention the best deal you are going to find in the area. His prices don’t even compare to everyone else’s lockouts. I appreciate his service very much. I have called him twice now to help unlock my vehicle. About a month ago I called a different company and ended up paying twice what Mark charges. I highly recommend his services. Thank you Mark for being so budget friendly and being quick to help out!

What I needed was minor, with the exception of needing a replacement lock on my steel screen door. The house door lock just needed adjusting. My bill was $322. Three times I requested an itemized bill but I was ignored. I will not return to them nor recommend them.

Left work early to get a key made for my canopy. Business was open, Google hours said open til 11, I got there at 556pm, man there said there was no locksmith there to help me get my key made, and he wouldn't be there for the rest of the night. So I took heat at work and lost pay for nothing because your business is unprofessional. You only got the 1 star because there wasn't an option to leave zero. My review stands.

6th time using service I think. Love the convenience. This time 2 of 3 keys made (same key) did not work BUT the company was VERY responsive and I am sure they will take of the issue.

The key works great, just wish it didn’t take a week to deliver instead of getting it right out of the machine.

I used the KeyMe kiosk in Rite-Aid. It was extremely quick and efficient. Really enjoyed the experience and will return to use again!

I made sure that when I inserted my key that it was as far in as I could make it. Then I made sure not to move it while scanning. These came out PERFECT. For both a 2014 Kia Optima, and a 2016 Kia Soul. Neither car require a transponder chip to run. Work like a charm. No jiggling or extra work. It opens the doors and starts the car up smoothly. I used it to test my commute this morning, From unlock, to drive, to lock I just wanted a back up in case my only one original key stopped for some reason. Dealership wants $250 with fob. They dont do the non-fob "Vallet keys". Keyme Keys cost me about $25 each and are the perfect backup. ** Remember to make sure you insert your original key all the way in and dont move it during the scan. The scan goes fast so it you arent sure you can just start over. I probably did it 5 times just to be sure. Very happy with my back up keys at 1/10th the dealer price
