Mike stopped by on a rainy Saturday evening and was extremely prompt and courteous. He was able to open my house door instantly. The service was great, estimated time of arrival was dead on I didn't have to wait any longer than I was told. He made a stressful situation stress free. If I ever need services like this again (hopefully I don't lock myself out of my house anytime soon) I would use them again.

Disappointed. They have a lot of knowledge and expertise but their customer service is poor. One of the main characters behind the counter should not be in retail - his answers are often condescending or just straight rude. Another person doesn’t return calls or show up on time or make good keys. I had to Come twice to get a key made and then it didn’t work (not too unusual) so I took it back and left it for the day and was told I’d receive a call. Never got the call. Came back the next day to find nothing had been done. I paid a lot for this special key and still don’t have a working key.
