I really, really, really like the user interface of the machine. Many other companies could learn from this simple concierge experience. With that said, only 1 of the 2 keys I had copied (small cabinet keys) worked. For standard Kwikset & Schlage, this works perfect. For oddball keys, the jury is out.

I got good deals on this kiosk in Safeway in Redwood City. The keys came promptly and all worked, cute designs and lightweight. Good customer service too.

Quotes was way too high for car key cut. Was told anywhere from 70$ to 300$ for three keys. So I hung up went to lock smith and got all three for 15$
