I was not only compelled to write this review, but I also called and spoke to a manager. After running back and forth between here and HD, it was clear that the consultants - yes that's what they are - care about their products and the customers they help. When you enter you are asked if you need help, and can move forward with asking for advice as needed. Other bigger stores don't even come close to this, the choice should be clear support local smaller businesses that care.

I WENT INTO STORE TO EXCHANGE A GARDEN HOSE HAND SPRINKLER THAT I BOUGHT SEVERAL YEARS AGO THAT HAD A LIFE TIME WARRENTY. I STILL HAND THE ORIGNAL PACKAGE. STATING THE WARENTY. EXCHANGE REFUSE BY THE MANAGER STATING THAT IT WAS TOO OLD. I BELIEVE THAT THE PART WAS NO OLDER THAN 8 YEARS. I CONTACTED ACE CORPORATE AND CONFIRMED THAT THE PART HAD A LIFETIME WARRENTY. THE NOZZLE WAS PROBABLY A TEN DOLLAR ITEM. DO NOT SHOP THIS STORE BECAUSE THEY DO NOT BACK UP WHAT THEY SELL.
