The machine was pretty much out of keys. They were suppose to send me a key but there is no way to track it. Ki he's waiting on a surprise at this point.

They have taken advantage of me being locked out of my apartment with phone low on battery or my anxiety, or something else and charged $190! Just to open my apartment door in mid-day, on major route, regular call. One lock, latched on one click. By just widening the gap! No shame in their workers.
