I’m not sure what happened. Cody was very pleasant on the phone, but I waited 2 1/2 hours and he never came. I called him after he was late 30 minutes, and he said his current job was taking longer. After he was late for the second time he called me and said he would be there in 30 minutes. After he was late for the third time, he called and said he was 22 minutes away. I waited and waited, really wanting to give him a chance, but I finally had to call (no answer) then text him to cancel my appointment. It’s ok if I have to wait almost 3 hours; just let me know so I know when to meet you. Don’t leave me waiting in my car for almost 3 hours for a house door unlock at a family member’s house. Just tell me you don’t have time for the job. Update: Cody called the next day and explained his situation and offered to pay for my lock out. I’m sure he’s a great guy. I just caught him at a bad time.

Highly recommend! This gentleman gave me all my options regarding my automobile key fob while speaking on the telephone. After reviewing a picture I sent him, he told me that I could actually carefully open the key fob and replace the battery myself. I did, he saved me money and I can't thank him enough. This information was not offered by the Ford dealership, just a replacement cost of $300.00!

Great service! I called ahead of time to ensure they had the right equipment for my classic car. Dave answered all of my questions (plus gave me info I didn’t know to ask) and gave me a very reasonable quote. The driver (Chris) showed up the following day on time and took great care of my car while explaining what he was doing and why.

our truck had been stranded in chili’s parking lot over night. We were promised two company’s would help out and they failed. I called Stellas and Dave listened to my situation, apologized for our troubles and had someone to me within the hour! Chris came and took such great care putting our truck on the tow and bringing it back home. Highly recommend this company! The customer service was amazing!! Thank you guys for helping us out.
