I’m not sure what happened. Cody was very pleasant on the phone, but I waited 2 1/2 hours and he never came. I called him after he was late 30 minutes, and he said his current job was taking longer. After he was late for the second time he called me and said he would be there in 30 minutes. After he was late for the third time, he called and said he was 22 minutes away. I waited and waited, really wanting to give him a chance, but I finally had to call (no answer) then text him to cancel my appointment. It’s ok if I have to wait almost 3 hours; just let me know so I know when to meet you. Don’t leave me waiting in my car for almost 3 hours for a house door unlock at a family member’s house. Just tell me you don’t have time for the job. Update: Cody called the next day and explained his situation and offered to pay for my lock out. I’m sure he’s a great guy. I just caught him at a bad time.

I was locked out of my house by my own forgetfulness. I had the oven on and I really needed to get in quickly. I called Quick Locks right before closing time and told them what was going on. They headed over in just a few minutes and got the lock open quickly. They definitely really saved me!

Cody was awesome! I called multiple companies to come unlock my car. All of them said we cant unlock that vehicle? Cody told me exactly what he had to do to get in. He was inside my car in 2 minutes. He was very nice and quick! I know who I will be using from now on! Thanks Quick locks!

Highly recommend! This gentleman gave me all my options regarding my automobile key fob while speaking on the telephone. After reviewing a picture I sent him, he told me that I could actually carefully open the key fob and replace the battery myself. I did, he saved me money and I can't thank him enough. This information was not offered by the Ford dealership, just a replacement cost of $300.00!

Cody came to my house when I lost my key to my car. We called and he quoted us a price. My fiancé told him he was going to call around and he immediately gave us the best price he could give and lower than we have gotten it done before. He got to Chester very quickly after speaking with him. When he arrived he was very nice and got into my vehicle within seconds it seemed like. He even gave me an extra key to unlock my car in case I locked my keys in my car additional to my new key and fob.
