First time I tried it didn't connect to internet when I swiped my card. Just sat there with the circle going around. Had to cancel transaction. Other than that it was great. Key worked good at home.

Your machine made it quick and easy and it was the extra key was a nice bonus.

I appreciate the machine that made the keys. I came back for a second set of keys. While I was making the second said I realize I had the wrong key and then I could not stop the machine before the second key was completed. Maybe I could've saved a little money if I were able to stop after one key was made instead of making two.

Some of us remember that duplicating a key came with the stress that the duplicate may not work. The key guy would say to go home and "test it." Not with Minute Key. I know for certain that when I create duplicate keys on their super accurate kiosks that I don't have to test them to be sure they work.....they always do! Nice job designing the kiosks Minute Key. As an engineer I respect that attention to detail. They're all over, easy to use and relatively fast. Nice service!

Generally I prefer working with people to a machine, but it did the job fairly efficiently and reasonably straightforward/easy to use. Prices seemed a little on the high end considering a human doesn't even have to do anything, but the keys all 3 worked fine when later tested, and it was convenient.
