We needed a second key for our son's car, so we looked for a mobile service to save time and money. %Nam% did both. The dealer would have been much more, and this was easy and painless. And, quick. Weist Expert Locksmith was in and out in less than 30 minute. Staff was incredibly friendly and personable!

I got locked out of my house so I panicked and called the first locksmith that seemed close by according to Google. I definitely learned my lesson. The lady on the phone was helpful took my information and said the locksmith would call me. He called shortly after and said he would be there in about 45 minutes which I was understanding about, however it actually was 90 minutes until he was at my house. He didn't have any official car or outfit and he said he was a sub-contractor. This whole experience was a learning lesson for me since I am not well versed in the locksmith business. He looked at my door and said he had to drill into the knob to unlock it and that would be $250 if I wanted a new door knob that would be another $79. I just wanted him to unlock the door which took about 30 seconds. Then he said there was a $45 fee so my total was $295. Lol. I definitely got scammed. Next time I am going to go with a more local company and I'll make sure to ask the charges and fees before they get there. Hopefully this helps someone out there who may be a novice like myself.

I’ve gotten keys made at Home Depot that did not even work. I tried the KeyMe kiosk and the key worked perfectly. I’ve gotten several other keys made and they all work fine. Convenient, fast, and affordable. Highly recommended!
