As long as I can find a minute key kiosk,I will use this service. I've used this service several times & love not having to wait in line. But most recently, I purchased 4 keys which didn't end up working for me. I reached out to the company via email & they responded promptly. Expressed their apologies for my inconvenience, got all the details of my purchase & soon after sent me a refund check.
