I had called 3 or 4 places, some were an answering service that said a technician would call me back. I got a person at Guardian after a few rings, he was polite and knowledgeable and got my appointment set up right away. Brandon came out, was on-time, courteous, polite and fortunately a dog person :) He re-keyed 2 locks pretty quickly. Overall a very good experience and I would call them again!

Brian was super helpful in getting my keys out of my car and making me a spare key! He worked very efficient to accomplish this task, and was very kind throughout the process. Great customer service and experience with Guardian Safe & Lock!

I own several business and used their services in the past. this was a terrible experience and a rude behavior from Uriah. It might a bad day or they may not are about the customers. being a businessman i believe you need to be upfront transparent with the customer and not overcharging at the end. For few dollars you have lost a loyal customer. one thing more Uriah, rude behavior will not take you anywhere. Your response to my review "I was expecting this review." shows that you guys made some one unhappy and that is the reason you were expecting. Like i said i own several businesses and one this to be successful is to be transparent to your customers. I paid the full amount the first time your technician came and appreciated. Your first technician told me and these were his exact words " i do not have the right cylinder some one will come in the morning and will replace the cylinder and will not charge you the the service charge and labor" when I asked him what the charges are for a cylinder, he told me between $25-$35. Your tech arrived late the next day. I wasted the whole day waiting for him, secondly charged me $90 for the incomplete job left over by the previous tech who I had already paid what he invoiced me on the very first call. It is not a matter of $50 or $500 job , it is a matter of principals " you need to be more transparent to the customer" Secondly, Do not cross over when your customer is talking, first listen and than respond. Lastly, never be rude to the customer. If your technician told me one price you should have acknowledged it.

From start to finish, service was excellent. Joshua came out, on time and with a great attitude, completing the work efficiently, and all for a great price. i recommend them highly.
