What I needed was minor, with the exception of needing a replacement lock on my steel screen door. The house door lock just needed adjusting. My bill was $322. Three times I requested an itemized bill but I was ignored. I will not return to them nor recommend them.

The key copy kiosk was convenient. I think it may be cheaper to have a person do it in the store. The process took several minutes for 3 keys, seemed a little slow. I did not think the copied keys would work when I compared them to the original but they work perfectly!
