I had misplaced ed my car keys for the first time in 63 years of driving. I looked for two weeks. I ordered a key at the kiosk at Menards. I found my keys right after that. so I emailed KeyMeto cancell the order and they did and my money was returned to m guy account promptly.I appreciate that very much. I will do business with you again and recomend KeyMe to others.

The basic key was really thin. Afraid to use it in the door because it might bend or snap.

I love the millers in Waverly. Staff is great. If someone doesn't know an answer to something they find the answer or find the person who is the expert in that item. Always nice people with a smile.

Rented a carpet shampooer - got it home and it did not work - returned it and got a different one and it did not work correctly either. It only sprayed the solution on one side. Was refunded the rental fee (thank you) but what about my 3 trips to town and time and inconvenience???? Nothing - very disappointed in Miller True Value.
Coronavirus Alert
Coronavirus Alert! Most of the people here aren't even wearing a mask. They do not require them at all. Worst thing about it is Chris is always hovering trying to help which would be fine if he had a mask on but he doesn't. He says hes already had it which means nothing because people are becoming infected multiple times with the virus. Wish you cared enough about your customers to require a mask. Not coming back here.

I always prefer shopping local. Staff is friendly. Not always the cheapest, but, it's not much higher either. Would rather see a neighbor get the money than a corporation
