I've been here twice and either I just came at the exact wrong time or the place is always filthy. Once I was going in to buy some clothing and the clothing was in complete disarray (unfolded or on the floor between racks). Another time I went in for a bit of hardware and it looked like a toddler had arranged the aisle.

It was quick, easy, affordable ($6/key) and the keys work. Some of the graphics are silly and I actually laughed aloud during the process. I would recommend! I do wish there were a few more design options to get immediately but no biggie.

Never open. Website says walk-in availability MWF, get to the shop, sign in the door says appointment only. That’s how you lose business. Guess I’m going to the guy in Kirkwood instead.

completely waste of time. Was not able to repair or assist in anyway replacement of a lock. Would never recommend or use again. Poor referral from another vendor. Repair person was fine. Poor quality of a company in ability to make repairs

Terribly rude. No in person without an appointment. Over a year into the pandemic and they still wont open for the general public. They're actually great at being locksmiths. Terrible at customer service.
