These people didn’t even give me until morning to find my truck! They drove out of sight and had already gone through it, stole from me and even took my plates off!!!! All of my belongings were in trash bags by the time the lot open the same morning they took it. Non of it is one recorded as they tell you it is! I finally tracked the truck down only to be given the run around by three separate people! Finally just let it go bc it wasn’t worth the damage the already They had cost us. These people can’t be able to sleep at night!

This company repossessed my son car the next day he paid the finance company and was told they would be delivering the car to him. 5 days later no car we tracked and car and found that they had taken it to an auction site even though it was suppose to be returned to my son. We called every day for those 5 days to asks when car would be returned n got the run around. If we hadn’t tracked the car with Onstar it would have been resold. Also the car died out after we left the lot currently in the shop because they messed with the fuses

They seem to have their act together however won't be able to find out if all my personal belongings are all there until I go home and go through all of my personal belongings that were in my vehicle. The only problem I had, I did have some stuff in my lunchbox and they did not take it out and it rotted and so now I have to buy a new lunch box

They will take your personal stuff. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! They did try to make things ok, but in the end, i was still out. Lost a $100 hitch, and numerous personal items from my car. All my chargers and sun glasses. Probably some stuff I don't remember.

Today I woke up and thought my vehicle was stolen. Called the police and they informed me it was repossessed. Called the bank I have a loan through and was basically told it was a mistake and sent a release request to Camping Co. I called them as soon as they opened. The woman that answered was very nice and helpful. She set an appointment for me to pick the vehicle up for an hour later. I showed up and thegentleman that came out to assist us was very friendly. My circumstance was very rare but they were very informative and understanding. They made sure we were able to look over the vehicle and belongings. They made sure we understood everything I was signing and the process that occurred. I know they had nothing to do with the mistake. They were just doing their jobs. I appreciate their customer service. I hope if you ever have your car repossessed you have the pleasure of working with them.
