While grocery shopping, I lost the car keys. At that time, I badly needed a good locksmith who could help me in the matter. I searched on the internet and came across Denver Experts Locks & Key. I called these guys to book the service and it was a good decision that hired them. The professionals were highly trained as they fixed the issue quickly.

They helped me in fixing the lock of my house. My aunt suggested to me this company for the repairing of the lock. They expertly resolved the issue of the lock. Highly recommend this company.

Thank goodness for Auto Assist! Our battery died while we were out of town and our car was parked at an RTD station. The business owner himself showed up just 25 minutes after our call and immediately got our car running again so that we could get back home. We've got the number saved in our phones and will definitely give them a call the next time we're in need!

Great customer service! There was an error with my key printing and when I told them I had a bad experience via the email they sent after, they were quick to make it right! So convenient and reliable.

During the cold Colorado evening of February 24th, I broke the tip off the only key I had for my car. Naturally I Googled the nearest locksmith and was directed to KeyMe. I spoke with an agent who was extremely helpful and explained that one of their technicians would be calling me shortly to go over pricing and scheduling information. I was not aware until sometime later that they used third party companies for their mobile services. The technician promptly called me back and told me that it would cost $150.00 to replace the key and that he could be out by 9:00 am the next morning at the earliest. Since my car was parked outside the gym I frequent, this meant it could likely be towed before then. I told the technician that I would like to shop around, and that I would call him back once I had made a decision. I called a company down the road. They quoted the same pricing, but they would be able to be out in 20 minutes! Naturally I decided to go with them instead. I called back the first technician to tell him, "Thanks, but no thanks." Shortly after this I received a call from another third party company called "24 Hour Locksmith Services". To my confusion the woman on the other end of the line claimed that a technician had been sent out and would be to my location shortly. Before I could finish telling her that I hadn't called another company, I was swiftly interrupted. Her tone capsized from customer service to passive-aggressive and unprofessional as she proceeded to explain to me that I would be responsible for compensating their technician for his time and gas to the tune of a brisk $30 "service fee." Before she hung up on me, I managed to explain that I had already spoken with a technician from KeyMe and, as a courtesy, let him know I would not need his services. Her tone transformed back as she said that she would "Find out about this and let me know." Needless to say, I never heard back at all. I speak to over 140 people per day by phone, some of which are in a crisis. Luckily I'm pretty level-headed, but there was no way for her to know that I wasn't frenzied, stuck in traffic on the side of a highway, or otherwise. One thing I know for sure: If I EVER spoke to one of my clients with the same lack of empathy and downright irreverence she showed me that evening, I'd soon be out of a job. The only reason I'm posting this review here is because 24 Hour Locksmith Service doesn't have a place for a review. If they did, you can guarantee they'd get a scathing review plastered right up front.
